چکیده
Abstract Background Endophytic bacteria are an association between and plant tissue that could play a role as biocontrol agent. Main body were isolated from several high root plants in Aceh, Indonesia. This study aimed to detect the chemical compounds of potential endophytic agent against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL). There 198 bacterial isolates detected roots 9 higher plant. The hypersensitive reaction showed 193 non-pathogenic. 13 worked inhibit FOL 50.0 89.2%; such Solanum lycopersicum L., Psidium guajava Dendrocalamus asper (Schult with f.) Backer ex Heyne, Pinus merkusii Theobroma cacao Albizia chinensis L. Molecular identification using 16S rRNA gene sequence confirmed derived species Pseudomonas aeruginosa , P. mosselii Arthrobacter sp., Bacillus cereus B. thuringiensis Serratia marcescens . highest inhibition was analyzed GC-MS analysis. analysis identified antibiotics Pyrrolo [1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione, hexahydro-3-(2-methylpropyl)- produced by succeeded suppressing FOL. Conclusion recommends effective for control pathogen.

Evaluation of Plant Extracts against Fusarium Oxysporum F. Sp. Lycopersici, Wilt Pathogen of Tomato
Wilt is an important disease of tomato crop causing significant reduction in yield. In present study, the pathogenic fungus was isolated from infected plant and identified based on morphological and cultural characters as Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici whose pathogenicity was confirmed by Koch’s postulate on tomato seedling. In vitro evaluation of extracts of 20 plant species was done by p...

متن کاملPlant growth-promoting endophytic bacteria versus pathogenic infections: an example of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens RWL-1 and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici in tomato
Fungal pathogenic attacks are one of the major threats to the growth and productivity of crop plants. Currently, instead of synthetic fungicides, the use of plant growth-promoting bacterial endophytes has been considered intriguingly eco-friendly in nature. Here, we aimed to investigate the in vitro and in vivo antagonistic approach by using seed-borne endophytic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens RWL-...
متن کاملAntifungal activity of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NJN-6 volatile compounds against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense.
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NJN-6 produces volatile compounds (VOCs) that inhibit the growth and spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense. Among the total of 36 volatile compounds detected, 11 compounds completely inhibited fungal growth. The antifungal activity of these compounds suggested that VOCs can play important roles over short and long distances in the suppression of Fusar...
